TERMS OF USE
1. SCOPEFollowing general terms and its current version, exclusively govern the business
relationship between the subscriber (named hereinafter buyer) and SwissPress
Lese-Spass Ltd. Deviating conditions of the buyer to SwissPress Lese-Spass Ltd.,
will not be acknowledged.
2. CONSUMMATION OF CONTRACT
Ordering a subscription is a binding contract between buyer and SwissPress
Lese-Spass Ltd. The treaty will enter into force only if SwissPress Lese-Spass Ltd.,
has the subscription confirmed in writing or via e-mail.
3. CONTRACT OF SUBSCRIPTION
The duration of a subscription will run just as long as the appearance of the magazine.
Six weeks before contract ends, buyers will be informed via e-mail of contract expiration.
If no new agreement takes place the contract will be completed and the buyers account closed.
4. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you have ordered a subscription and subsequently decide to cancel your order, you
must do this within 14 days, in writing by personal letter, or via e-mail.
A subscription order is void and canceled in case of a withdrawal.
SwissPress Lese-Spass Ltd., does not guarantee repayment. The buyer, however,
has the right to replace a paid subscription with an equivalent journal.
5. PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND RETENTION OF TITLE
Payment is due within 30 days after ordering.
Payment of subscriptions can be done by bank transfer, by Postfinance or via PayPal.
Until full payment, magazines are the property of SwissPress Lese-Spass Ltd.
Otherwise, the subscription expires and the order will be annulled.
After the Bank, Postfinance or PayPal has acknowledged receipt of payment, the buyer
gets a confirmation of the date from which the magazine is delivered.
If you choose to subscribe a title, please note the frequency of listed US-Magazines.
Deliveries of magazines depends on the frequency of the magazine publication.
6. PRICES AND SHIPMENT OF US-MAGAZINES IN SWITZERLAND
Prices subject to change without notice!
Invoices are issued in the form of an e-mail, and payable in CHF (Swiss Francs).
Payment should be completed within 30 days after receipt of order,
otherwise, the contract expires and will be disregarded.
Subscriptions can only be paid through a bank transfer, Postfinance or Paypal.
Delivery for buyers in Switzerland is included in the subscription price.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in all subscription rates.
7. PRICES AND SHIPMENT OF US-MAGAZINES FOR EUROPEAN UNION
AND OTHER LISTED COUNTRIES

Invoices are issued in form of an e-mail, and payable in EURO.
Payment should be completed within 30 days after receipt of order,
otherwise, the contract expires and will be disregarded.
Subscriptions can only be paid through a bank transfer or Paypal.
Delivery for buyers within European Union and other listed countries is
included in the subscription price.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in all subscription rates.
8. REPLACEMENT OF MAGAZINES
SwissPress Lese-Spass Ltd., assumes no responsibility if a magazine will be
terminated by a publisher. In agreement with the customer, SwissPress
Lese-Spass Ltd., will accomplish this process, if the publisher offers another
magazine to complete the subscription order.
9. LIABILITY CLAIMS FOR CONTENTS OF ONLINE OFFERS
SwissPress Lese-Spass Ltd., assumes no responsibility for the timeliness,
accuracy, appearance intervals, completeness or quality of the listed
magazines, which are offered at US-Zeitschriften.com online.
All offers are non-binding. Prices subject to change without notice!
SwissPress Lese-Spass Ltd., expressly reserves, parts of our Web
pages or the entire offering - without notice - to alter, amend, delete
or temporarily or permanently close the publication.
10. REFERENCES AND LINKS
For direct or indirect references to external Internet pages, Banners or
Links, outside the area of responsibility, SwissPress Lese-Spass Ltd.,
is only liable if we have knowledge of such content, and if it is technically
feasible, in case of illegal content, to prevent such use.
11. SELF-PROMOTION
For the purpose of self-promotion, SwissPress Lese-Spass Ltd., takes the right to
include two additional magazines in any shipment to a subscriber.
This can be done periodically, and WITHOUT additional costs for the buyer.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising under these terms will be goverened by Swiss commercial law.
